The minimum fares apply to medium periods
The price includes:
Rooms: sheets, covers and linen, free wi-fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, light, gas and water, weekly linen change and final cleaning.
Apartment or Villino: anything that is inluded in rooms, plus the use of the washing machine and the kitchen, which must be cleaned up at the end of the stay otherwise at least 30€ will be required.
On demand services with extra charges
Additional bed (third or fifth bed): until 3 years is 10 €, over is 15 € for night.
cleaning during the time of the stay: €15 per room
mid-week change of towels: € free per room
mid-week change of sheets: €10 per room

Check-in: after 4pm (except in case of different arrangements)
Check-out: before 11am (except in case of different arrangements)
